About us
The organization was established to help children, adults, and their families in their fight against rare and serious forms of epilepsy like Dravet syndrome, West syndrome, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome,
and others.
One of our main goals is a direct and tangible help for patients by providing medical aids and assistive devices, financing costly rehabilitation procedures, respite care, and so forth.
Our organization is also active in raising awareness about the treatments of epilepsy and informing the public about serious impacts these diseases have on the whole families, thus promoting the whole society’s attention to this issue.
Only working together can we make progress fighting these rare and serious diseases.

We support
One of the recipients of our support is a five-year-old girl named Nina, who suffers from pharmacoresistant epilepsy – Dravet syndrome, which manifests in severe and prolonged epileptic seizures. These seizures slow down her psychomotor development, cause speech difficulties, unstable gait, and symptoms of the autism spectrum disorder. Due to these associated diagnoses, Nina has to undergo numerous regular therapies and examinations from an early age, including cognitive-motor therapy, hippotherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and regular psychological assessments. These therapies help her progress and improve both mentally and physically.
Another recipient of our support is Mr. Mirek, who experienced an epileptic seizure during which he suffered a myocardial infarction. As a result of his long-term sick leave and ongoing health problems, he was left without income.
We also support other organizations that provide medical and rehabilitation care to affected children and their families.
